Welcome to Las Flores, your newest affordable apartment community in Oregon City. Las Flores was named to reflect the spirit and beauty of Oregon City's natural landscapes and diverse community. Las Flores, meaning the flowers in Spanish, hopes to be a home where all can bloom, flourish, and thrive. We offer 171 apartments in a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans surrounding a central plaza and community building.
Minutes from the Willamette River, the 4.5 acre site rests on a hill NE of Hwy 213 and S Beavercreek Road, where dense retail and housing on Oregon City's eastern border begin to give way to farmland and rural areas of Clackamas County.
Las Flores is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community that requires all residents to meet certain income eligibility criteria. Our community has 171 apartment homes for households and individuals with incomes falling under 30% and under 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Of those 171 homes, 29 homes are set aside - 9 for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), 8 for Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH), and 12 for Agriculture Workforce Housing Tax Credit. A referral from a specific social service organization may be required for eligibility. Consult with property management if you have questions or need information on income requirements and the waitlist process.
